Review Basket and  Check out. Service / Delivery/Curbside pickup charges are applicable as per seller settings. Cash on delivery available only with Seller direct delivery. 3D Mart have following payment methods for customers.

Online payment for Orders by 3D Mart Delivery agent and for Curbside pick up. Online payment is  powered by Stripe & Cash on Delivery  avaailable for Seller direct delivery method only.

We accept Credit/Debit card payments through Stripe API. We also accept Cash on Delivery payments with a non-refundable extra service charge as per seller settings.

COD Terms & Conditions:

COD is available across UAE.
Additional charge will be applicable to avail of this service and this will be a non-refundable fees. 
No min order value is required to avail of this COD service. 
Coupons can still be redeemed by having COD as a mode of payment. 
COD will not be applicable for order delivery by Delivery agents or Curbside pickup option is been enabled, 
 

 We deliver to any area/building that is within the serviced area in UAE in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah

 Customer can cancel order in 60 mintues of Seller accepted order thru 3D Mart app. Refund of online paid cancelled orders will be refund to customer account in 3-5 working days.  All other return /refund polices are related to the seller / supplier who lists the products on 3D Mart Customer App. 

3D Mart Customer App is integrated with stripe payment API's which provide 3D Secured  authentication method  to verify a customer's identity before an online card purchase.
